I didnt buy the argument of Lightning Bolt and Bloodbraid Elf keeping the card in check, as I played with Jace a lot in Standard and in Legacy, where both of those cards were legal yet the planeswalker ran rampant
Of course, given his artificer reference as an MTG card, hes given the most popular color combination of Azorius
Any mutated creature with a commander in it somewhere will do commander damage, but if it's exiled or killed all those cards will go with it
This is best in the decks most focused on speed but I think that it is bad enough on average and sufficiently polar in performance to really only be something you want as a sideboard option
Thanks to Wilds of Eldraine's new Roles mechanic, this card works wonderfully alongside the accompanying enchantments by bolstering the attached creature's power and toughness
That being said, there are still some bizarre gems forgotten by history that fetch a gigantic price when they do show up
